Accommodation has a real pioneer feel to it, with each room uniquely crafted. Zulus build by instinct, with no plans and comprise of six rock rooms in the pioneer settlement, 10 lodge rooms, 6 Rock rooms, 3 African rooms and 5 traditional rondavels.
Because the Swallows and Eagles have been imitated and the conference centre built into the cliff itself, nature has done the rest by creating an ambience which is both primal and timeless. Due to its natural beauty, Simunye is a declared Natural Heritage Site and Conservation area. The new conference overlooks a magnificent sweep of the river, and caters for up to 40 delegates.
